Refund & Cancellation Policy

Grayclock provides professional services (digital marketing, web, and mobile development). We do not sell physical goods. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our engagements.

1. Service engagements

Each engagement is scoped, priced, and agreed in a written proposal or statement of work before work begins. That document, together with these terms, governs payment milestones for the engagement.

2. Advance and booking fees

Engagements typically begin with an advance or booking fee that reserves our team’s time and covers initial work. Because this commitment is made as soon as work is scheduled, advance and booking fees are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation

  • You may cancel an ongoing engagement by written notice (email is sufficient) to the address below.
  • On cancellation, you will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date, including any in-progress milestone, charged on a pro-rata basis for the work performed.
  • Any amount already paid that exceeds the value of work completed will be refunded; any shortfall will be invoiced and is payable on receipt.

4. Completed milestones

Fees for milestones or deliverables that have been delivered and/or approved are non-refundable, as the work has already been performed.

5. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (or by bank transfer where that is not possible) and are typically processed within 7–10 business days of approval. Timelines for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

6. Requesting a refund or raising a concern

To request a refund or raise any concern about an engagement, contact Grayclock Solutions Private Limited at hello@thegrayclock.com. We aim to acknowledge requests within a couple of business days and resolve them fairly and promptly.
