Where fees are payable, they are invoiced as set out in the applicable proposal or statement of work. Online payments, where offered, are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for that engagement.
